1. Who we are
Vital Imaging Ltd (company number 07785163) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is The Cart Shed, Eardisland, Leominster, England, HR6 9BG. We trade online as surajmenon.ai.
You can contact us at surajrocksradiology@gmail.com.
2. Forming a contract
A contract is formed when we accept your order or booking and payment is successfully made, unless we tell you in writing that a different point applies. Please check the service description, price and these terms before paying.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Vital Imaging Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added.
3. Personal Website Design & Delivery — £500
The standard package includes one polished, single-page website using text, images and other materials supplied or approved by you, plus one consolidated round of reasonable revisions.
- We will agree the brief and delivery schedule after receiving the materials and access needed to begin.
- Extra pages, substantial changes of direction, additional revision rounds, copywriting, photography, paid software, domain fees and other work outside the agreed brief require a separate written quote.
- You are responsible for checking names, claims, prices, professional statements and other factual content before approving publication.
- Delivery dates depend on timely feedback, content and account access from you. Client-caused delay moves the schedule accordingly.
4. Website Care Plan — £200 per year
The annual care plan includes standard website hosting and up to five interventions during each paid plan year. One intervention means one consolidated request that can reasonably be completed in up to 30 minutes.
- Unused interventions expire at the end of the plan year and do not roll over.
- Larger requests, redesigns, new pages, paid third-party services and domain registration or renewal are outside the plan unless expressly included in writing.
- You should own your domain and relevant third-party accounts. We may need administrator access to maintain the website.
- The plan renews only as stated at checkout. You can cancel future renewal before the next renewal date; cancellation does not normally refund the current plan year, subject to statutory rights.
5. AI Productivity Audit — £300
The audit is a 60-minute advisory session focused on practical ways to improve productivity using AI. It does not include implementation work unless separately agreed.
- You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
- With less than 48 hours’ notice, the fee is non-refundable, except where your statutory rights require otherwise. We may offer an alternative date at our discretion.
- If we cancel, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
- The session is not medical, legal, financial, employment or regulated professional advice.
- Do not share patient-identifiable, clinically confidential, security-sensitive or other third-party confidential information.
- We record a session only after obtaining your explicit consent. You may decline recording without losing the session.
6. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate instructions and materials, have the right to let us use them, and avoid supplying unlawful, infringing or confidential content that we have not agreed to handle. You remain responsible for decisions you make using our advice and for reviewing deliverables before use or publication.
7. Payment and failed payments
Payment is collected by Stripe. We may pause work, hosting or access when an amount is overdue or a recurring payment fails, after giving reasonable notice where practicable. You remain responsible for charges already incurred under the contract.
8. Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel a service contract without giving a reason.
Where Stripe asks you to accept these terms, checking that box and completing payment means that you expressly request us to begin the service during those 14 days. You acknowledge that:
- if you cancel after work has begun, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation; and
- you lose the cancellation right once the service has been fully performed.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To cancel, send a clear statement to surajrocksradiology@gmail.com. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.

9. Intellectual property
After full payment, you own the bespoke final website content and design created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how and reusable components, while granting you the rights needed to use the completed website.
We may show the finished work in our portfolio and identify you as a client unless you ask us not to. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
10. Third-party services
Websites, bookings and payments may rely on services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Calendly, Google Meet and Stripe. Their availability and separate terms are outside our control. We will use reasonable care when configuring services we manage for you but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party operation.
11. Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost profits, lost business, or losses caused by inaccurate client materials, client delay, unauthorised account changes or third-party service failure. For business customers, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the preceding 12 months.
12. Complaints and disputes
Please email us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
The version accepted when you order governs that order. We may update these public terms for future orders, and the updated date will appear above.
